Redeeming an Active Kids Voucher

Every child (4.5 - 18 years old) who has a current Medicare card and is enrolled in school is eligible for a $100 Active Kids Voucher which can be redeemed for NSWWA Membership. Head to Service NSW for more information. 

To use your voucher complete a NSWWA Membership Application, including payment, and then supply us with your Active Kids voucher details using this link Active Kids Voucher Form. Once we validate the voucher a refund of $100 will be issued.
